Ekaterina Lapteva: “I think that I still need to work on the quality of the muscles of my legs and back.” Healthy lifestyle for pleasure: three tips from fitness model Ekaterina Lapteva How did you combine the role of a young mother and preparation for competitions

Exactly a year ago, information appeared that the famous Russian model Ekaterina Grigoryeva entered into a legal marriage. On the Internet, photographs of a happy couple began to appear and an interview with a girl in which she claimed that she got the best husband. It would seem that this is an ideal couple, two halves merged into one. But exactly one year later, the blond beauty could be seen in the arms of another man - the famous goalkeeper from Dynamo. What happened in the life of the "Russian angel"?

How famous is Grigorieva?

Ekaterina Grigorieva was born on September 15, 1989 in small town located in the Murmansk region. From childhood, she was engaged in ballroom dancing and was fond of fashion. She always wanted to have an individual, not like the other style.

At the age of 18, the girl began to dream of a modeling career. In 2010, she got to the first casting in her life for the Miss Russia contest. Unfortunately, Ekaterina Grigorieva failed to reach the final, but the girl was remembered by everyone for her sincerity and optimism. The competition, which took place two years later, did not bring her success either.

In 2012, she, along with her own sister, takes part in the reality show "Top Model in Russian." The girl easily performs all the tasks and deservedly takes second place. After this show, Grigorieva became famous, and she was invited to fashion shows in New York, Paris and Milan. In 2014 she was awarded the title of "Best Model of the Season"

Angel form

From the photo of Ekaterina Grigorieva, you can see that this is a very charming girl with a sincere and snow-white smile. It was for such external data that her colleagues nicknamed her the “Russian angel”.

Some character traits contributed to this. Catherine, unlike other models, always behaved quite modestly and restrained. Not surprising, because her childhood passed in fairly strict orders, as she grew up in a military family. Over time, the model began to appear on stage in the guise of this fairy-tale character. There were wings behind her back, a halo above her head, and a mysterious smile lurked on her face.

Spouse

Ekaterina Grigorieva grew up in a military family. She always chose men who looked like her father. It was under this criterion that her chosen one Alexander fit. He currently serves in Severomorsk. Catherine claimed that she got the most reliable, loyal and strong man with whom she felt like behind a stone wall. She was ready to travel with him to the most distant countries and cities, forgetting about everything in the world. The Russian model is sure that true happiness needs silence, so she never revealed all the information about her spouse.

A young couple met long before Ekaterina Grigorieva appeared at the best world shows. The model claimed that Alexander became her talisman, which brought her good luck in life. The wedding took place in the city of St. Petersburg in a narrow family circle. For the young bride, a snow-white dress was sewn to order according to the project of famous world designers. It favorably emphasized the ideal figure of the famous model.

Married life

In the summer of 2016, the happiest event in Catherine's life took place. It was clear that the couple was really marrying for love, their eyes were filled with happiness, and a smile did not want to leave their faces throughout the day. All the guests were sure that the couple had found each other and tied their destinies together for life.

The first month after marriage, the young wife felt like the happiest woman. With such a strong and strong-willed man, she felt weak and protected. However, after a while, the girl began to get bored. The young spouse was constantly at work, working day and night with one goal - to ensure a decent life for his young wife. Model, unfortunately, all these efforts were not needed, deep down she dreamed of her own success and worldwide fame.

If Alexander dreamed of the long-awaited appearance of a child, of a calm family life, then Catherine had other plans. A year after the marriage, the couple divorced. The initiator of this event is Ekaterina Grigorieva. The husband has been making every effort to restore the family for a long time, but he fails to do this.

New chosen one

A few months after the separation of the spouses, on the page of the social network Grigorieva, one could see photos with another young man. It was clear from them that the couple were not just friends, there was a “spark” between them. As it turned out, the goalkeeper of the Moscow Dynamo club Anton Shunin became the chosen one of the model. A romance between young people is just emerging, so the 28-year-old girl's eyes are burning again and a sweet smile does not leave her face.

Behind the athlete, another long romance was noticed with the famous model Alena Shishkova. The famous couple was connected by the kindest, sincere and happy feelings. All the fans already thought that their most important event in life would soon happen, but young people suddenly decide to part.

Grigorieva now

Currently, Ekaterina Grigorieva is stubbornly trying to achieve success in her chosen profession. She performs at various shows, she can be seen in commercials and on the covers of the most popular magazines. Now a well-known model has fundamentally changed the attitude towards men and marriage. She claims that she will only marry the man who will not interfere with her career. The young girl does not think about children yet.

One of the most talked about fitness bikini champions today is Ekaterina Lapteva: master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics in the past, a young mother was able to get around many eminent athletes at world-class competitions, and this, of course, could not go unnoticed. At 25, Katya is already a Russian Cup bronze medalist, Russian champion, European vice-champion, Arnold Classic 2015 champion and Olympia Amateur Spain vice-champion in the fitness bikini category.

Ekaterina Lapteva was born in Moscow and most of her sports life devoted to rhythmic gymnastics, having achieved the title of master of sports. From the outside, it may seem that moving from one sport to another is easy, but in fact, changing your life and leaving gymnastics for bodybuilding is a serious volitional decision. However, the gracefulness of the gymnast in the girl is felt. While posing, Katya showed incredible artistry and plasticity.

- How did you start performing in the fitness bikini category?

- My path to a fitness bikini was long and thorny! When I decided to take part in competitions, as an MC in rhythmic gymnastics, I was attracted by the “fitness” category. In this nomination, in addition to proportional beautiful body you have to come out with a free program, which has acrobatics and a lot of gymnastic elements. It was very close to me then. I competed for 2 seasons and, in the last tournament of the second season, I broke my arm and could not recover for a very long time. I missed the competition and all our sports atmosphere. After looking at beautiful girls in bikinis, I decided to try myself in this category. My coach gave the go-ahead and as it turned out, all the accidents are not accidental!
Many girls after childbirth are concerned about the question: Of course, for the master of sports, the path to restoring form was easier than for a girl who was not familiar with sports. But not everyone can win on Arnold and conquer Europe, being a young mother.

- How did you combine the role of a young mother and preparation for competitions?

- First of all, it is worth noting that I have a lot, which helped to create all the conditions so that I had time for this very preparation for the competition. When I started preparing, my daughter was just a baby, she was only a year old, but I managed to combine caring for the child, work and training. All in one bottle. Now I understand that there would be a great desire and an extra couple of hours immediately appear in the day! Of course, sometimes I had to train late in the evening and chew the breasts wherever possible. But that time hardened me and taught me to organize myself even more and use time with maximum benefit.

Katya's approach to training and nutrition is strictly individual, she is not used to thoughtlessly copying someone else's experience. For example, most athletes remove carbohydrates from the diet 3-4 days before the competition, and water 1-2 days before the competition in order to have a good body. Thanks to genetics, Katya Lapteva’s drying process is faster than the others, which is an advantage for the “fitness” category, but does not give any advantages for performances in the “fitness bikini”. Therefore, she developed her own approach to nutrition. The same is true with training.

- What are your favorite exercises?

- Oddly enough, I have no unloved exercises. I love to train and work in the gym every time to the maximum. But there are, of course, exercises that I am ready to include in every workout - these are all kinds of isolating ones. I like to work on quality and. Muscle volume is of course important, but it is a beautiful high-quality form that pleases the eyes of spectators and judges most of all!

Catherine is 25 years old. Her height is 171 cm and her weight is 58 kg. Volumes: 88-63-92. She is a master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics, champion of Arnold Classic (Madrid 2015), vice-champion of Europe (Santa Susanna 2015), absolute champion of Moscow (2015) and vice-champion of Russia (2015). And she's also part of the team.

Ekaterina, we were looking for information about you, some interviews, but you didn’t talk much about yourself. Did you really have a gymnastics background? Tell us - how did you get into fitness, where did you start, what mistakes did you make?

I have a really rich sports past, I devoted half of my life to rhythmic gymnastics and became a master of sports. I think that a person who has been on the move since childhood, in sports, will not turn away from physical exertion. That's how I got into fitness, where I fulfilled my dream of being a coach and transforming other people.

When I started training in an unusual power mode for myself, I got to know dumbbells and barbells better, all this smoothly flowed into a desire to perform in the fitness category, to try myself in something new. Not to be confused with a fitness bikini! The fitness category includes not only building a beautiful body and posing, but also a free program with acrobatic and gymnastic elements.

I performed in this nomination for two seasons, and then I broke my arm and could not recover for a very long time, but time passed and I wanted to perform. As a result, I decided that I would compete in the fitness bikini category.

Of course, at the beginning of the competitive path, I made a lot of mistakes, they mainly related to nutrition. It never occurred to me that after removing the water before the start, you can’t gnaw cucumbers and, perhaps, you shouldn’t remove this water at all. I did everything according to certain patterns and, one might say, experimented on myself, but this is the experience thanks to which I learned to feel my body well.

Judging by the VKontakte photo, do you have a child? How do you manage to combine family and hard work with competitions and trips?

Yes, I have a daughter and I am married to a very understanding and patient man. At first it was difficult to match. A child, a husband, training, a strict diet and a lot of work - these are not jokes, it was not easy for me. But a person adapts to everything, finds strength in himself, if he knows what he is striving for. Well, I'm doubly lucky, my husband supports me in everything. Probably also because the athlete himself knows everything from the inside, so to speak. So my family is my castle.

How did it happen that you got into strength training? What prompted?

My husband pushed me, he was at least somehow familiar with this sport, but for me it was a dense forest, to be honest. Everything somehow came together by itself, like a puzzle, and I vaguely remember the details. One evening they just thought, why not speak out, my husband had acquaintances with the world of bodybuilding, and all roads led to a coach. No one dissuaded me, but there were warnings that it would be difficult, but we are not looking for easy ways. I did everything.

Were there losses that were very frustrating and demotivating? Or vice versa, charged with sports anger?

Of course they were! As a rule, I get angry, but I draw conclusions and correct mistakes. I try to take advantage of every situation and charge myself with even more energy.

How do you manage to psychologically survive the rather tough discussions of your appearance and personality on the network?

Unfortunately, there is a lot of negativity on the Internet. Timid people with closed pages without a single photo write very bold and loud comments. I am a living person, and, like everyone else, when they scold me, I get upset. I remember when the first video with my participation came out, after reading what some people were writing, I was very upset and could not understand how people can splash out their negativity so easily?

Now I think that this is probably from the abundance of free time. I don't have time to even think about something like that. Now I prefer not to pay attention to such attacks, you won’t be nice to everyone. Although constructive criticism from professionals is very motivating, you need to focus on the positive.

It seems that all the top athletes work for Bodylab. Do you enjoy doing this?

I love this kind of work! In general, I love my job, coaching. Before, I confess, I was rather skeptical about online training, but now I see which girls are doing well and which ones are showing results. Such fitness is very honest. After all, no one pushes you, if you want a result - you get a result, if you are lazy - you will not get anything. We, curators, try to motivate girls in every possible way, but a lot depends on them. Well, you won’t get bored with such a friendly team, the guys are all very positive and will always point you in the right direction.

What's your education?

My education is not related to sports, but is connected with the management of hotels and restaurants. Parents were against sports universities, but despite this, I still went into coaching. I started with children, then I started working with adults.

I had a lot of great teachers, a lot of seminars, trainings and conventions, plus my own experience - it's better than any theory, in my opinion. Passing all the techniques through ourselves, we begin to feel people at 100%. Now I dream of studying in America, I think they ran away from us ahead for many years. After a trip to Los Angeles, I understood this very well, so I dream of living there and working there, gaining experience.

Where do you see yourself in 5-7 years?

I see myself as a mother of two children, a person who is satisfied with his life and does not stop learning and developing in his favorite business. I want to share my knowledge and experience with people.

How is your relationship with your own coach? What are your current fitness goals?

I was extremely lucky with a coach: a person knows how to guide, suggest, morally help, and not just write a program and look at the form. We are friendly and do our best to help each other. I do not want to talk about sports plans yet. I don’t keep secrets, it’s just that closer to the starts it will definitely be known and understandable, but now it’s work and work again.

I think that I still need to work on the quality of the muscles of the legs and back. I want to change my stage image a little, not globally, but quite thoroughly. While the picture is not clear, but there are outlines.

In general, what do you think it takes to win in a bikini? What data? Why were you given the first place, what do you think?

To win, you need harmony within yourself, I understand this for sure now. You go out with the wrong mood - and the stage does not accept you with the judges for a couple. So, positive to the masses!

Is it true that blondes with long hair are more likely to win than brunettes with short hair?

I dyed my hair long before the performances, right after giving birth. This is a state of mind! Being a blonde or brunette is a matter of taste, it is important that the hair is beautiful and well-groomed, but I agree that long hair looks more advantageous on stage.

Some bikini women put on quite a lot of weight during the off-season. And how are things going with you?

I found a weight in which I feel comfortable, and it differs from the competitive one by only 3 kg, so the diet does not change much during different periods of preparation. In the off-season, cottage cheese and fruits simply appear, I eat more complex carbohydrates.

Do you use any of the sports nutrition?

I only drink Activlab protein and amino acids.

Do workouts change depending on the season?

Now I have a period of rest and training, I build in such a way that they are exclusively for pleasure. I do cardio every day for 30-40 minutes, and in strength training I try to work as varied as possible. I left four strength per week for now and broke them down into muscle groups as follows:

  • Back + chest
  • Shoulders, arms
  • Legs (functional training)

On May 17, the 77th European Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship ended in Santa Susanna, Spain. The tournament was attended by a record number of athletes - over one and a half thousand. Particular attention of the audience was attracted by the fitness bikini category, where in the nomination up to 172 cm Muscovite Ekaterina Lapteva won the second place. Bolshoy Sport was the first to react to the success of the 24-year-old athlete by inviting Ekaterina to Luzhniki for a bike ride.

Dossier

Born July 17, 1990 in Moscow
- Performs in the fitness bikini category (up to 172 cm)
- Vice-champion of Europe (2015)
- Champion of Moscow and the Moscow region (2015)
- Bronze medalist of the Russian Cup (2015)
- Master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics

Admit it, you were counting on a medal, weren't you?
Honestly, no. Silver is a complete surprise. The plans were more modest. This is a new experience, the first international start, before that she was engaged in rhythmic gymnastics. Initially, the task was to show oneself at the championships of Moscow and Russia. Yes, I was marked there, but I could only dream of Europe. The medal was a real shock. When I returned to the hotel, I did not understand what to do next. So suddenly it all came crashing down. Now we will think with the coach what starts to choose for the autumn season.

What did you lose to the winner - Danish Nini Gofler?
You know, our sport is so subjective that it is difficult to determine what exactly she is better than me. It would probably be wrong to talk about quality and proportions in the dispute between the first, second and third places. Still, everyone comes to international competitions in the best possible shape. Which of us is better is the decision of the judges, a matter of their taste. Roughly speaking: one likes brunettes, the second - blondes. Perhaps the decisive argument was the recognition of Gofler: she has been in the elite for more than a season.

Was the preparation for the two championships - Russia and Europe - different?
Coach Iveta Statsenko constantly watched my form, changed something from start to start. We were not afraid to experiment. I approached the championship of the Moscow region very gently, calmly. It dried, but did not remove water and carbohydrates. She won there. Before Moscow, she stopped drinking water 1.5 days before the exit, and excluded carbohydrates 3-4 days before. Again victory. In principle, things were going well, but for my body this mode is not suitable. I “dry” quickly enough, and the quality of the figure is not close to fitness, but to body fitness, where the body is quite rigid and too embossed. The judges also talked about it. She approached the national championship in the optimal form for herself, it was only necessary not to lose her before the European championship.

How did the representatives of the federation react to your medal?
I think they were surprised. Initially, they treated me calmly. After the national championship, she rode in team B (2nd–5th places), and group A included the winners. But it turned out that I beat them.

Russian bikini women are encouraged for medals at international tournaments?
There is a small amount of compensation. I will not give out numbers. And then they will deprive her, God forbid. In general, the preparation costs are rather big, much more than I received.

You are a young mother. Was it difficult to return to the sport?
Not a little. I recovered very quickly. For those who have always devoted themselves to sports, this is not difficult.

Where can we see you this fall?
Precisely - at the championships of Moscow and Russia. I tend to think that we should go to the World Cup. And in the spring I want to go to the Arnold Classic in the USA.

Brief biography of Ekaterina Lapteva

Ekaterina was born in Moscow and graduated from the university with a degree in hotel and restaurant business and tourism management. For some time, a fitness bikinist even has a job in her specialty.

Sports and intensive training have been familiar to Katerina since childhood. Regular classes in rhythmic gymnastics from the age of five brought the first successes to Lapteva - the girl received the title of master of sports. At a conscious age, gymnastics was replaced by strength training. It was the classes in the gym with weights that aroused in the future champion the desire to participate in competitions in the fitness bikini category, to help other people improve and transform.

Ekaterina is married and has a daughter. After the birth of the child, the couple got the same tattoos - the inscription in Latin “The world turned upside down.” The birth of her daughter taught Laptev how to properly organize time so that he could prepare for the championships, work and take care of the child. The model’s husband Oleg is also an athlete and it was he who brought Laptev to fitness Over time, the fitness bikinist met Iveta Stetsenko, who became her personal trainer.

Two seasons Lapteva performed free program fitness, where good body proportions are required, as well as choreographic and acrobatic skills. At the “Serving Russia” championship, the model fell and injured her hand, but she performed to the end and even made a successful handstand. The injury turned out to be a broken arm. After an injury and a long recovery, the model was forced to move to the fitness bikini category. He considers winning the Arnold Classic in 2017 his greatest achievement.

Ekaterina's coaching activity began with rhythmic gymnastics classes with children. Later, after graduating from the courses, the champion received the right to engage in professional coaching. The champion teaches a class on recovery after childbirth, stretching, muscle strengthening classes and functional training. Lapteva maintains her professionalism at a high level, continuing her education at seminars, trainings and conventions. The dream of the model is to live and study in the USA.

Each loss and constructive criticism only provoke Laptev. After analyzing and correcting mistakes, the fitness model achieves even more outstanding rewards. According to Ekaterina, to win you need faith and harmony in yourself, as well as a positive attitude towards life. The most powerful source of inspiration for the model is her family.

Nutrition principles

Bikini fitness model Ekaterina Lapetva does not encourage restrictive diets or vegetarianism and prefers a healthy, balanced diet based on body weight needs for key nutrients. Ekaterina does not use gadgets to count calories. However, the model advises installing apps to control the amount of water you drink.

Lapteva tries to keep fit all year round. The weight in the off-season of the model differs from the competition by 3 kg. In the off-season, Ekaterina adds cottage cheese and fruits to the diet, increases the percentage of complex carbohydrates. Be sure to use sports supplements. Lapteva prefers amino acids and Activlab protein.

On a fitness day, a bikini woman consumes 200 grams of complex carbohydrates, 1.5-2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, and 50 grams of fat. During the competitive period, Lapteva reduces the amount of carbohydrates to 100-120 g and fats to 30 g.

Sample menu for the day:

Swimming is one of the most popular and record-breaking sports. People have long begun to compete in the water and compare the results: who swims the farthest, who swims the longest...
